Common questions.
How do I pick the right size? +
S is for dogs under 20 lbs (Chihuahuas, Yorkies, Dachshunds). M is for 20–60 lbs (Labs, Goldens, Beagles). L is for 60+ lbs (German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies). If your dog is right on a border, go up a size — a bigger tray is always fine, but a small tray is frustrating for a large dog trying to eat from it.
Do all three sizes run the same therapy? +
Yes. Same ESP32-S3 brain, same OV5640 camera, same behavioral AI protocol in every unit. The size only affects camera height (matched to breed eye level), tray dimensions, and hopper capacity. The therapy is identical.
What size treats does Pawvlov work with? +
Pawvlov works with any dry treat 8–25mm in diameter. Tested with: Zuke's Mini Naturals, Bil-Jac, Charlee Bear, Blue Buffalo Bits, and standard kibble. Does NOT work with: jerky strips, dental chews, raw treats, or wet food.
Does Pawvlov need WiFi? +
Yes — WiFi (2.4GHz) is required for behavioral inference and session reporting. Initial setup via the Pawvlov app takes about 2 minutes.
What's the 30-day guarantee? +
If Pawvlov doesn't show measurable improvement in your dog's calm response rate within 30 days, we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
Is the subscription required? +
The subscription is required for autonomous sessions (cloud-based behavioral inference). Without it, Pawvlov can still dispense treats manually via the app.
